Is Buying Traffic Really Worth It

i want to know if buying traffic is really worth it because i am not sure if the buyers will provide me with targeted traffic or not .
Also can you suggest me some trusted and good traffic providers . Any Help would be Appreciated .

Organic traffic is always better than the purchased traffic. However, there are some good traffic providers around who can drive good amount of targeted traffic to your site. I will try to provide you with a list of good providers i have worked with, they do real good..!!

I dont prefer buying traffic although its ok sometimes. Organic is the best

Thanks a lot Arthur and Andy for your suggestions. Even i was thinking the same . Organic Traffic has more conversion ratio then Buyed Traffic .
Anyways i will try it once and see if it works .

In simple words, no it's not worth it and that's mainly because most purchased traffic is unrelated to your niche and you can't really verify where it's coming from. Better off paying for some good banner ads on high profile forums/sites or simply spending it on SEO

Buying traffic is something you do when you first get into blogging. It sounds like a quick and easy solution, but very quickly you find it doesn't work. Most people that sell traffic:

a) sell it for too much
b) it's rubbish traffic
c) it usually not real people (hence again rubbish)

Buy traffic once to experience the lameness of it and then never touch it again

Most traffic you get to purchase are B/S.. thats true.. But, there are some that can help you. Let me explain; have you guys tried PTC traffic? they are actual people who are paid to remain on your site for 30sec + . They may click your links or even buy your product if they like it but no guarantees. However, PTC traffic can sometimes help you achieve a better alexa ranking. I wouldnt say all PTC are good but i know some that can give you a little boost or even help you increase your Youtube views to rank them better. As for long-term, content is king, write good content and attract traffic

I had played those ptcs ptrs ptp and autosurfs.I had experience with them and even i made profit with them but this works only some times.Even I used advertise banner ads on those sites since i get free advertising from them.This is not good traffic for those who have adsense.Buying traffic is not worth at all because they dont come again to visit your site.

I've also been curious about buying traffic. As a new blogger / forum admin, I'm at the point where I've put the time and effort into the web site, but it's not getting much traffic. I looked into buying traffic, especially the forum posters. Say you do hire a forum posting service, they come in for a couple weeks and do a few hundred posts. Your forums look healthier, but when they stop posting, won't your forums just die off quickly? I guess I just don't see the point in temporarily boosting your active user count.

It is a good question. None can guarantee the quality of the traffic for a site. It is difficult to monitor the quality of the visitors too.
